Our Design-Build
Process

One 90 Construction works in collaboration with Llano Designs, a licensed architectural practice, to coordinate the design and construction process from early planning through completion.

Every project is different, but our process is structured to bring clarity from the first conversation through final completion.

Step 1: Plan

We start by understanding your goals, budget, and timeline. We evaluate the property, confirm feasibility, and develop a design that balances aesthetics, functionality, constructability, and cost from the very beginning.

Step 2: Prepare

Once the design is refined, we coordinate engineering, permits, pricing, material selections, and construction planning. Every detail is aligned before work begins to reduce delays and unexpected costs.

Step 3: Build

Our team manages construction from start to finish, overseeing scheduling, quality, subcontractors, inspections, and communication. We complete the project with final inspections, closeout, and warranty documentation.
